[Lincolnparkdc] Free2Move Cars and parking

How do I feel about designated car share vehicles being parked in my
neighborhood? I'm glad to see the city encouraging car sharing. It is nice
that they are visible and available to anyone in our neighborhood who needs
to rent one.  Yes, it takes up a parking space sometimes on my street, but
if its ready availability means that 4 or 5 of my neighbors decide they
don't need to buy a car or a household can get by with only one car, rather
than one car per driver, then I think it is worth it.
