[Lincolnparkdc] Free2Move Cars and parking

How does everyone feel about our parking spaces being used by FREE2MOVE.   we had two on East Cap, SE for five days.  one with a ticket until finally it was towed away.  apparently DDOT has issued them permission to park anywhere.  (See passenger side sticker see below.)
