This morning at 11am in the 100 block of 11th St SE we challenged a woman opening our neighbors packages on their stoop. We took the packages & items off her  and told her we were calling the police. The thief ran off down the alley tween 11th & 12th.We reported this the the police immediately with a description of the thief:Middle aged slim African American woman wearing a bright red plaid jacket, dark wool cap, jeans & dark backpack. She?s missing some front teeth.Very helpful 411 operator put out a report to dispatch police to search for thief immediately. Lynn Hart

Re?Watch Band Repair (Mark Ugoretz)Hi, Mark--Yelp shows? 786 Jewelry and Watch as still operating and scheduled to be open between 3-7p this afternoon, although this can vary.Owner Azeem has done good work on several watches of mine and I highly recommend him.I left him a VM to see if he if he is going to be in this afternoon and when.?
