The Office of the Student Advocate, in partnership with DC Office of Human Rights Citywide Bullying Prevention Program, will host a Bullying Prevention Workshop Tuesday, February 26th from 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Parents, school staff, and other caring adults have a role to play in preventing bullying. Bullying can be prevented, especially when the power of a community is brought together. Often adults and parents appeared to be overwhelmed or underprepared when a youth seeks out help with dealing with bullying. The focus will be on equipping parents, school staff and caring adults with practical skills and techniques to help kids that are being bullied. The environment is child-friendly.

Time: February 26, 2019 6:30pm until 8:00pm.

Location: Southeast Neighborhood Library (403 7th St SE, Washington, DC 20003)

Los padres, el personal de la escuela y otros adultos afectuosos tienen un papel que desempeñar para prevenir el acoso escolar.
