[Lincolnparkdc] Is this your visitor blocking a fire hydrant?

This is the second time this week I have observed this car blocking the fire hydrant in the 100 block of Ky. The photos were taken at 5 AM Thursday. I’m writing this at 7:45 AM. I think it’s safe to say the car was parked here overnight and on the previous occasion as well.

There is a visitor’s parking pass on the dash. If this is your visitor please help us maintain a safe neighborhood. If you are aware of this and not taking action you are complicit in the illegal and endangering behavior of your visitor.
