She evidently had been pinging her son, and the tracking led her to the scene. She was crying and asking where her son was. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:"times new roman",serif">The person shot and killed is on the sidewalk (Under a kind of blanket) between two cars on East Capitol. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:"times new roman",serif">The evidence team is there, looking for bullet shells, etc.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:"times new roman",serif">The detectives/ police will be here all night.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:"times new roman",serif"><br></div></div>
