It becomes Massachusetts Avenue SE Signs were posted on the 1200 block of Massachusetts Avenue SE which is not supposed to be blocked off for the marathon. It took me some phone calls to confirm that the signs were inappropriately posted and then I removed them at the request of the organizers of the race.
