Fred Hill, the head of the<br class="">zoning commission, postponed the official vote until next Wednesday, March<br class="">13th with the hopes of convincing the opposition to change their<br class="">position. <br class=""><br class="">Pacci's is presently experiencing financial difficulties, with its<br class="">Lincoln Park spot being subsidized by its Silver Spring location.
