Fred Hill, the head of the<br>zoning commission, postponed the official vote until next Wednesday, March<br>13th with the hopes of convincing the opposition to change their<br>position. <br><br>Pacci's is presently experiencing financial difficulties, with its<br>Lincoln Park spot being subsidized by its Silver Spring location.
