A description of the dog is below.</div><div><br></div><div><div><font face="Times New Roman">"Shiva is 40 pounds, a senior (age estimate by vet is 8-10 former owner said 13 when relinquishing). She is a shar pei, lab, perhaps chow pit mix. She is initially very introverted because of abuse/neglect history but when opens up is super fun, playful and goofy. Energetic for a senior. Loves being outside, long walks with lots of sniffing. May do great with a dog friend in the home with a proper introduction but has been quarantined due to dog flu and the URI. She would not do well with cats or kids due to prey drive and abuse/neglect history. She does not have separation anxiety but does not love crating. She is house trained but was not taught basic commands. She may need additional medication to keep the URI from re emerging.
