        <div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">We need more housing in DC. There are so many interesting ways the stadium, if the building remains standing, could be incorporated into the needs of a residential community. If it's torn down, then the city as a whole could used more residential space. Let's dedicate it to that with plenty of green space to extend the nature we enjoy on Capitol Hill.</div><div><br></div>

 There’s plenty of room for housing, development, mixed use, etc. </p>
