Yes, in Lincoln Park, in March, I was attacked by an off-leash pit bull. </div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">When the owners know their dog has aggressive tendencies, it's appalling they would have the dog off the leash. These attacks are terrifying and traumatic. The can cause serious injury or worse. </div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">In both cases, it seems like the owners brushed it off. It's unlIkely either human or dog behavior improved. A few minutes later, the owner simply moved her dog to another part of the park and continued her irresponsible practices. This was NOT a food related attack. It was unprovoked.
