<div>FYI - This morning at 5 am I caught a gentleman climbing the gate to the alley on 10<span>^th street.  He told me he was visiting a ffriend whose front door was lokced [likely!?!?!]  </span></div>

<div><span>Then aroung 5:20 my dog came down to go out [Sam] - and there he was climbing the gate again.</span></div>
