Around 8 pm tonight a white Shih Tzu possibly with green tinged, bangs and feet, was attacked by a pit bull named”Mitch” in the 1400 block of Massachusetts Avenue SE. <div dir="auto"><br><div dir="auto">He ran off up Massachusetts towards Lincoln Park on the south side of the street. He is wearing a harness and leash and answers to the name Boss Man. The owner is concerned he was seriously injured. She lives in the 1300 block of Massachusetts Ave. </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">If you see Boss Man please call 202-413-4144. </div></div>
