The registration in the window is actually still current. I submitted a 311 ticket to see if the city could contact the owner, but they immediately closed it since there is technically no violation. I'll try again once the registration expires or maybe someone
on the list is the owner or knows the owner.</div>

<div dir="auto">Given the tags were issued by DC more than 25 years ago and you say it hasn’t been moved for some time, I think it is extremely likely it has been abandoned by the owner and or it was stolen and left there. I’d report to city to get it ticketed
and if then not moved, they will tow.

Unknown. It has been in the same spot for quite some time and the way it is parked (tires tight against the curb) has caused an accumulation of leaves (now partially composted) that is blocking storm drainage towards the sewer. I'd like to ask the owner to
move it temporarily (not trying to steal the spot - I promise) so I can rake out the leaves/dirt and then have them repark it with maybe a 6 or 8 inch gap to make it less likely for the natural dam to form again.</div>
