<div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Thank you for the notice, John.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">This is great news and I agree that we need stops at Lincoln Park, as you proposed. The Kentucky Ave Safeway is too far for me to go on foot and carry groceries back; those two stops would make a big difference. The Circulator website says "<span>This proposed route will provide access to grocery stores . . ." Why skip a stop that would give access to that Safeway?</span></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Also, I wish that the L'Enfant-Eastern Market line would be L'Enfant-Union Station, stopping at Eastern Market as it does now, but continuing west on Pennsylvania Avenue and turning north (right) on 3rd Street, SE, to Union Station. The only way to get to Union Station from 3rd and Penn is to walk. By the time you walk to Capitol South Metro and then change at Metro Center, you might as well walk to Union Station. But that doesn't help the elderly, people with little ones, or people with luggage. I didn't understand why they took away those 3rd Street and Union Station stops for that line. It's a very useful route now but could be even better.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">I wrote comments to this link (scroll down to the very bottom), <a href="https://www.dccirculator.com/2022-service-changes/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" class="enhancr_card_3878751089">2022 Proposed Service Changes - Washington D.C. The route in primarily designed to serve Ward 7, but it will come in on East Cap around RFK and proceed west to Third NE and then north to Union Station. This, for people living near East Cap, it will provide a new efficient way to get to Union Station and transfer to other destinations. <div><br></div><div>However as currently proposed, there will be NO bus stop between 17th an 8th, a long distance.
