Extremely efficient and easy process- booked over the phone, didn't have to be home when they came, after they finished they left a note on the door.

One can set up a yearly service - apparently the fire department recommends yearly vent cleaning - so they just automatically come every year

Hi Cat, I use Ned Stevens for my gutters, and I know they offer vent cleaning as well. Can’t vouch for that but very happy with gutter and downspout cleaning. Reliable and thorough and tidy up after themselves.
