<div style="color:black;font: 10pt arial;"><font size="2">Hi All:  I saw something yesterday about a guy calling a woman over to his car and exposing himself.  I warned my daughter to be on alert, and of course it just now happened to me.  The guy was driving a bright blue compact car with DC Tags that I believe were either GD9339 or GD3993. I have already talked to the police and they took it very seriously and were great. He pulled up next to me while I was on my bike and asked for directions while masturbating. This was probably between 11:15 and 11:20 this morning. He's a thin African American man who I think was in his 30s and I think has scruffy beard and was wearing a white tank top and dark colored pants.  When I saw him we were either at 15th and D or 16th and D NE.  I'm an old lady who has been around the block and honestly I am more annoyed, than I am traumatized (so don't worry about me -- I'm fine :-).  That said, I know this could be very, very disturbing and harmful to lots of people and I just wanted to provide as much information as possible so that you can share with your family and hopefully you, and they, can avoid the "experience" all together. While I think yesterday's post also involved a woman being targeted, I have no idea whether he is just targeting females and I don't even know if the guy who approached me is the same guy who was written about yesterday.  The police asked that I stress that if anyone else experiences something similar, call 911 immediately.  Best, Sarah von der Lippe<br>
