He was extremely responsive about the timing of his technician coming to do the fix I needed, and his technician did a great job, explained things well, and even tried to clean up before I told him to go home for the holiday and I would handle it.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Another person on this chain also suggested <span style="font-size: 12.8px;" class="">Polar Bear Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. (<a href="mailto:polarbearhvac3@gmail.com" class="">polarbearhvac3@gmail.com</a></span>, <span style="font-size: 12.8px;" class="">202-333-1310). I did not use Polar Bear </span><span style="font-size: 12.800000190734863px;" class="">because I was able to get in touch with Mr. Coleman.
