sever one. Even once they know where it is, they would use a vac truck for the last few feet of digging.

<p class="MsoNormal">I spoke an hour ago with one of the workers, who said they were conducting a survey of the pipes, which required them to bore through the concrete. He added that a renovation of the pipes is planned, so I guess we will see a good deal if
