An art historian friend of mine has a 3-month research fellowship at the Library of Congress starting in January, and is looking for a place on the Hill. She needs a furnished one-BR or studio, or will consider renting a room if the situation seems (COVID-)

 safe. She will fly back home on most weekends. Mary Beth is a wonderful person. If anyone has such a rental or any leads please let me know. Thanks!</div>
