<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:#142805">I’m not sure that I can answer for every neighborhood, but I can tell you that the reason we have great mail delivery on my block (and the ones nearby) is because of MR WADE. He takes pride
in making sure that all the mail is delivered on time. He knocks on your door for packages (at least if you have asked him to) and if you are not home, he makes sure that they are hidden and out of the rain. He never fakes a delivery by scanning a package
but not delivering it. If the mail doesn’t arrive, it was his day off. Only about half the routes coming from the Southwest station have a permanently assigned carrier, but if your routes does then you will have better service. And if you have WADE assigned,
then you will have great service. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

around you, and I wonder why we have nothing like that where I live. It's only a few blocks away. I know of an occasional stolen package and the occasional missed delivery day, but nothing on the scale I see described for where you are. That, too, should
be of some interest to any media report, don't you think? Why just your neighborhood? <o:p></o:p></span></p>
