Hazel – we here on East Capitol have not received mail for the last 4 delivery days (Wed to Sat). We did have our carrier deliver a package on Thursday at 9 pm and I asked about Thursday’s and Wednesday’s informed delivery mail. Our carrier
said no one gave her any mail to delivery for the last two days.

Clearly there is a break down between getting photos of the mail for informed delivery and someone giving them to the carrier to deliver. I find it unusual that they would give her a package for Thursday but none of the 9 pieces of mail
showing up on Wednesday and Thursday’s informed delivery.

Again, we did not receive mail for Friday or Saturday either. Someone is holding it back or not giving it to the carriers to delivery. Perhaps it has been thrown away in a trash bin.
