The only exception appears to be the short stretch from E Street to Potomac Avenue. The prohibition is from next Monday, May 17 to Saturday June 19. </div><div><br></div><div>Does anybody know why? Why does it have to be prohibited for the entire stretch for the entire time. It seems quite excessive. The signs are official.
