So it’s happening all over the country. It took a letter I mailed from Penn Ave PO two weeks to get it to NYC! <div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I do not have time to do the research but it clearly the PO is not working and Gina is right the PO is NOT meant to be a money maker.
