It clearly shows rebar having been laid for a concrete pour of most likely a parking slab. I believe it is occurring within the"park" area on the Kentucky side of this property. I DONT THINK IS LEGAL. DOES SOMEBODY KNOW HOW TO GET THIS STOPPED BEFORE TOMORROW MORNING.<br>
