Today was particularly distressing when a little girl aged max 3 dressed in pink was playing behind a tree with no visible guardian <i class="">anywhere nearby</i>. I Stood 10 feed away from her --as I had my puppy — and asked her if she knew where her mommy was… she did not know. The only person was a woman way across the park with a Baby pusher for two covered with a shawl to protect them from the sun. I called to her but did not get a response. The Park K9 police were on the street so I went up to him as I was worried. Turned out that woman was indeed the guardian. She could not speak any english or barely. <div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I know we feel safe in our beloved Lincoln Park but please please ask your nannies not to be SO far away from their children, especially not way ACROSS the Park!
