I Stood 10 feed away from her --as I had my puppy — and asked her if she knew where her mommy was… she did not know. The only person was a woman way across the park with a Baby pusher for two covered with a shawl to protect them from the sun. I called to her but did not get a response. The Park K9 police were on the street so I went up to him as I was worried. Turned out that woman was indeed the guardian. She could not speak any english or barely. <div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I know we feel safe in our beloved Lincoln Park but please please ask your nannies not to be SO far away from their children, especially not way ACROSS the Park! As the police man said to the woman, being able to SEE your charge is not enough, you must be near them. I do not think she understood. Onward.
