My job, as yours, was small for them, so they'll fit you into their schedule when they're hauling a bigger job that's nearby or on their way. Aaron set most of it up through phone texting. The day of, they'll text or phone to say they're on their way or whether the schedule may be delayed a bit. It's worked fine for me.The first time they came an hour early, the second time they were running about two hours behind but with a phone call before the scheduled time.
