<div style="color:black;font: 10pt arial;">Trolleys  (street cars) that ran around Lincoln Park went to car barn at East Capitol ( in the current condos named CAR BARN) and turned around.  I believe that the trolleys that turned around at Barney Circle went out PA Ave SE.  I never remember any trolleys on Independence, but only remember back to 1957.
