I wouldn't get too focused on this. Whatever the origins of the configuration, Will's foundations are embedded in traffic safety. And that is where the direction of approaches needs to go in whatever space is left to modify. </div>

However, I'm curious in a concrete, strategic sort of way related to next steps. Do you taken a look at much older maps? If it wasn't a trolley turnaround then I wonder why the intersection is shaped in this odd way. I'm wondering whether there was ever a plan
for a park in the center here which got lost in the back-and-forth of politics/urban planning.</div>

barn on the north side of East Cap between 14th and 15th. </div>
