<div dir="auto">The individual was spotted again tonight on our block, FYI. We heard yelling and someone running down the street maybe around 6pm. Phil poked his head out and the guy was running down KY yelling. He had just startled two people walking on
the street. It’s like it’s a game for him to shock and frighten people. Anyway, despite police and I believe maybe Crisis Response Team intervention, he’s still at it. Kjersten</div>

get the mental health help that he needs now, but how can we know that we’re safe again as a community and that we can again let our kids play outside? Will we be getting updates? The young man’s behavior was seriously escalating over the last several days,
one of our neighbors had to take it into his own hands to get some help, and kids are still really shaken. How can we stay somewhat apprised of what’s going to happen from here<u></u><u></u></span></p>

Be aware that the young man who has been harassing people is still out there. My husband and I were driving past 12th street when he heard yelling and we saw three terrified looking woman. The young man was glimpsed ducking into the alley between 12th and Kentucky.
I am sure he is gone by now. Just be aware,<br>
