I called 911 as instructed 15 minutes ago, gave the description and location, I’m hoping they call me back. We’ve lived in the city for going on 25 years and we’ve seen our fair share of individuals with mental illness and/or on drugs. We don’t consider ourselves alarmists but something seems really off with this guy and the harassment and intimidation is very concerning. I would hate for him to do that to anyone, but particularly other kids and/or someone walking alone. I’ll keep you posted if we hear anything from the police. He always wears a gray/silver backpack.
