I'm sure others have checked this already but just in case...I did send an email today to DC Board of Elections on how to deal with ballots delivered to addresses where (a) the addressee no longer lives there; (b) the addressee is unknown and had never lived

 there. Whatever. Sent to the wrong address.</div>

<div dir="ltr">If the person's registration was never changed or updated, that's why the ballot was sent out. They were sent to every registered voter at every address. There is nothing nefarious or neglectful here -- just return to sender.</div>

<div dir="auto">At some point late last night the mail carrier slipped in my mail slot a neighbor's official ballot. My and my tenant's ballots were put in another neighbor's mail box. I was able to correct the mistakes.
