<a href="https://coronavirus.dc.gov/reopendc">https://coronavirus.dc.gov/reopendc</a> and the clock would not begin ticking on the 45 days until whenever that is. We only just entered Phase 1 on Friday. With all of this activity happening right now we may see our infection rate go up so that could affect reopening.
