keep balance and home rule pushback.

Hello everyone,
Does anyone have insight into when we will have access to Museums and connecting gardens and grounds.
I need to heal from events over the past moments, and our amazing Museums provide the comfort required right now.
I find it very discouraging that city officials allow for rioting crowds, but cannot accommodate good citizens who would gladly abide by protocols to keep us safe and healthy.
We would maintain social distance, and we would wait our turn according to admittance limitations.
What about libraries - I understand a few are open for curb service and others expected next week.
In closing, I’ve tried to contact the Mayor’s office but voice mail is not activated - how can I reach her representatives?
I would be grateful for any information.
Thank you, Karen
