Thank you to those who pursued this with DPW et al</span></div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">However below is a picture just taken to the entrance to the alley between 119 and 121 13th Street SE. I doubt DPW is going to pick up this mess on their own. It is also blocking what is the emergency entrance to the alley behind these homes.
