Families from 16+ local schools will meet at Lincoln Park (near Emancipation Statue) for student performances (including Eastern HS Marching Band and Tyler and J.O. Wilson cheerleading and step teams) activities, light snacks, swag, and a program emceed by

 Ward 6 Councilmember Charles Allen. </div>

Adults are encouraged to wear white in remembrance of neighbor Dave Salovesh and all those who have lost their lives on DC streets. Students wear school uniforms or tshirts. The Eastern HS marching band will escort Maury, Eliot-Hine and Eastern HS students

 up North Carolina Ave.</div>
