It’s a small operation. For some operations, e.g. plumbing and electrical he has outside tradesmen he regularly uses. He took a small back bedroom and turned it into a bathroom and laundry for me from scratch - not a small job. He does not do the design work. I used Bill Holleman ((202) 427-5105; <a href="http://www.nutshellinteriors.com" class="">www.nutshellinteriors.com</a>) for design and materials (mainly Porcelanosa) so design work is something you’d have to do separately. As I said, I was quite pleased with Julio and pretty much gave him keys to the house. His workmen cleaned up every night. I’ve had no problems with his work after about a year other than a loose floor tile which he repaired. He also did a fair amount of painting and plaster work which was excellent. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">He will obtain the fixtures for you or you can order them yourself. He’ll also tell you where to obtain them at less cost than the usual places. In my case it was some of both - some I ordered on line, some were from Porcelanosa.
