Here are some questions:

  *   What are the life of the stadium cost & revenue projections for the city and for the Commanders? What tax revenue goes to the Commanders vs DC….looks like very little to DC
  *   How will proposed parking garages impact the neighborhood, as well as access to the fields, river and green space for everyone?  Is underground parking an option? Why isn’t a new metro station or public transit being considered in place of parking?
  *   Why is there no mention of union/living wage jobs for construction, operations & maintenance?
  *   How will this facility meet the DC mandate to go to net-zero emissions by 2026?
  *   What are the building development schedules for the RFK campus outside of the stadium?
  *   Is there a 3-D model of the site for DC residents to view?
  *   How will you protect home ownership for long-term residents, and provide new affordable housing? Are we setting benchmarks for density around a stadium and encouraging investment in the community and families through 2- and 3-bedroom apartments?
