[Lincolnparkdc] Trash pile in our alley

Can the person who has a big trash pile propped up against their fence - last house in the alley abutting Independence Ave & between the 100 block of 11th & 12th Streets SE please have it removed. 
We all work hard to keep our alley clean & a safe place for our kids to play and for us all to enjoy.
