[Lincolnparkdc] Move cars in front of 130 Kentucky SE

FYI they were not able to place dumpster this morning because of cars,  the owners asked me to pass along a heads up that the dumpster will be placed early tomorrow so please no parking in front of 130 Kentucky, thanks.
