[Lincolnparkdc] Solar panels?

If you sell your SRECs to the installing company you can probably get your solar system installed without paying an upfront cost. There is a lot to consider on whether or not that is in your best interest as you would be forfeiting future SREC income (at some point, the SREC credits (along with the savings on your electric bill) will be more than the cost of installation -- but whether you'll still own the house when that date comes would be something to take into account with that decision).
