[Lincolnparkdc] Tree box maintenance

Hi all and happy summer!

Just a friendly reminder that each of us is responsible for the tree boxes
and public space in front of our homes.

Too low tree branches, overgrown weeds, and overgrown bushes make our
neighborhood look bad and impede pedestrian traffic.  As do long abandoned
traffic cones and outdated restricted parking signs.

The city isn’t going to take care of any of this.  So let’s pitch in, trim,
weed whack, remove, and trash.

Our neighborhood will look much better and we’ll all walk more safely.
