[Lincolnparkdc] Trimmed trees and bushes

I remember it happening somewhere else on the Hill as well. Maybe over on South Carolina by the SE library. I think that case was thought to be a person who gets upset at trees or shrubs that overhang the sidewalk too much. I’m really sorry this is happening.
