[Lincolnparkdc] Tree Trim Lopper

Hi Neighbors,

Upon leaving my home this morning, I noticed mutiple branches were sawed
off of various trees on my property along with other neighbors propterties
down the 1100 block of Independence. I recall seeing branches were also
sawed off of our fig tree over the past couple of years as well. I would
very much appreciate, whoever this may be, to reach out to me, so that we
can discuss any issue with the limbs vs. sawing them off at your own
discretion.
