As for sharing the video, it really isn't going to help identify the perps.
It was one atv and some scooters, sort of vespa style scooters. They're
noisy, because another neighbor told me she's been hearing them go down
east capitol often lately.  So I'd say be on the lookout for a group on
these scooters and an atv. One police officer told me that the group had
been in Navy Yard just before they went up to the Hill.

BTW the road opened just about 9:45, after the evidence team took one last
look. The silver car at the corner of east capitol and kentucky was part of
the crime scene (police were in and out of it), but I didn't see any bullet
holes as I passed by.
