[Lincolnparkdc] clarification on lincolnparkdc listserve

Dear Friends:

As others have tried to explain, the lincolnparkdc.info <http://lincolnparkdc.info/> list serve (to which you are subscribed and that I have managed for many years) and the "lincoln park newsletter" are not the same and are not related or affiliated in any way. They are completely separate efforts.

You do not have to “sign up” for anything related to this neighborhood list serve, lincolnparkdc.info <http://lincolnparkdc.info/>.

Earlier I wrote that after more than 15 years of managing this list I am looking for someone, or some group, to take it over. Fortunately, several neighbors have volunteered to do so. We are in process of figuring out how to manage the transition. Stay tuned. 

In the meantime, you need not do anything in response to “sign me up” as far as it has to do with this list serve or any purported replacement of it.
