[Lincolnparkdc] From DQ: shooting south of Lincoln Park

It happened about 10:08pm outside the house at East Capitol and Kentucky
Ave., on the east side of Kentucky and across the street from my house.
It appears that @5 ATVs scooters passed my house (on the SW corner of east
capitol and kentucky).
Five shots were fired.   One person killed.
On my Nest video, I have the ATVs and scooters passing my house on East
Capitol, followed by a pause, and then 5 gunshots.
The distraught mother was here. She evidently had been pinging her son, and
the tracking led her to the scene.  She was crying and asking where her son
was.
The person shot and killed is on the sidewalk (Under a kind of blanket)
between two cars on East Capitol.
The evidence team is there, looking for bullet shells, etc.
The detectives/ police will be here all night.
