[Lincolnparkdc] Possible Arson at 12th and Independence

A trash can in LP (far east end under the chestnut tree to the north) was
also set on fire this morning. Not sure if there's video cam of that, but
might be a lead.

Awful that this happened, Eli, I hope our LGBTQI community knows we stand
strong with them no matter what.
